Feedback meeting with supervisor

Feedback discussion with the responsible presonal officer on previous experiences

  • Most of the onboarding has been completed

FAQ for job applications

How can I apply for an advertised position?

Please apply preferably via our online job portal.

How can I tell whether a job advertisement is still up to date?

You can find all current vacancies at ODU under Vacancies.
As long as a position is published there, you can apply for it.

Can I apply for several jobs at the same time?

Even if you are interested in several positions, one application is sufficient. Please make it clear in your cover letter that you are interested in several positions.

Can I send an unsolicited application?

We also look forward to receiving your informative unsolicited application with a covering letter about your interests and preferred areas of work.

What happens after my application?

Upon receipt of your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Your documents will be reviewed by the HR department and forwarded to the relevant department. As soon as we have news about your application, we will contact you immediately.

What documents are required for an application?

Please send us a short covering letter, your CV and your most important references.
