In this development programme, we offer you the opportunity to take your knowledge and skills to a new level and specialize in the world of HR management.
The prerequisite for the dual study program is a high school diploma.
If you have already completed a commercial apprenticeship, you can start your part-time Business Administration course in October.
OR
You start the part-time Business Administration course in October immediately after completing your A-levels – without dual training.
OR
You start your training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) in September. Your studies will then begin in October of the following year.
You will take the final examination during your studies.
Lectures take place at the Mühldorf campus and in Rosenheim (TH Rosenheim). You will have lectures on Fridays and Saturdays.
The rest of the week you work in the company, with one day off each week to compensate for the Saturday lecture.
So you have a five-day week.
After 8 semesters, you will have your Bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Arts) and a completed apprenticeship in your pocket.
You take the final vocational examination during your regular studies.
The practical focus on HR management offers you the opportunity to specialize in one of the most important areas of modern companies. You will acquire the skills to find, develop and manage talent - a key competence in any organization.
After completing your studies, you can look forward to working in HR/personnel, which you have already become familiar with during your dual studies.
The transfer to a permanent employment relationship at ODU is seamless. Thanks to the practical orientation, you can hit the ground running immediately.
